PAAN Journal: A journal of Public Affairs Management is published by the Public Administration Association of Nepal (PAAN). It is an international, research-based, peer reviewed academic journal that provides a forum for scholars, planners, and practitioners from Nepal and abroad who work in the fields of public administration, public policy, federalism, governance, public management, and development.
