PYC Nepal Journal of Management is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by the Research Department of Public Youth Campus, under the Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University (TU), Nepal. The journal is dedicated to bridging the gap between academia and the business community by presenting contemporary issues and insights in the field of business and management.
It welcomes and publishes high-quality research papers across a wide spectrum of disciplines, including—but not limited to—Business, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Production and Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Technology Management, Retail and Distribution, Entrepreneurship, Human Relations, and Organizational Behavior, as well as other areas relevant to Business Administration.

The PYC Nepal Journal of Management is a double-blind, peer-reviewed scholarly journal published annually by the Faculty of Management, Public Youth Campus, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. The journal is indexed in NepJOL and serves as a platform for the dissemination of quality research in management and allied disciplines.
The publication of Volume XVIII, Number 1 (August 2025) marks the journal's continued commitment to promoting research culture, academic excellence, and knowledge creation. This issue brings together scholarly articles addressing contemporary issues in finance, banking, economics, taxation, organizational management, financial inclusion, and investment behavior in the Nepalese context.
