Focus and Scope

PYC Nepal Journal of Management

Since its establishment in 1958 AD, Public Youth Campus (PYC) has been committed to delivering quality education and fostering academic growth. In alignment with this mission, the PYC Nepal Journal of Management was initiated in 2008 AD as a peer-reviewed (double-blind) annual publication. It serves as a platform to present rigorous academic research and showcase the diverse research practices emerging from the campus.

Notably, the PYC Nepal Journal of Management is a Double Star rated journal, listed in the official JPPS-assessed journals directory—an international recognition that affirms its adherence to high publishing standards and editorial quality.

The journal’s primary objective is to provide insightful contributions to contemporary issues in business and management, aimed at both the academic and professional communities. It publishes original empirical, theoretical, and methodological research articles that enrich academic literature and inform practical decision-making.

Publication Frequency

The PYC Nepal Journal of Management is published on an annual basis.

Open Access Policy

This journal offers immediate open access to all its content, based on the principle that freely available research promotes a wider and more effective global exchange of knowledge. Access is completely free of charge for all readers.

Peer Review Process

The PYC Nepal Journal of Management follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure impartiality and academic integrity. Submitted manuscripts are sent to two independent reviewers, with all author names and affiliations removed to maintain anonymity.

The review process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. Based on the reviewers’ evaluations, the Editorial Committee makes the final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of the manuscript.

The publication costs for the journal have been fully funded by Public Youth Campus.
