The OCEM Journal of Management, Technology & Social Sciences is published by the Oxford College of Engineering & Management (affiliated to Pokhara University), Research Department, Gaindakot-2, Nawalpur, Nepal. The journal evaluates the research methods of each article for validity and accepts articles solely based on the research. Likewise, by not restricting papers to a narrow discipline OCEM journal facilitates the discovery of the connexions between papers whether within or between disciplines.
We are pleased to announce the release of Volume 4, Issue 1 of The OCEM Journal of Management, Technology, and Social Sciences. This edition marks a new chapter in our ongoing commitment to publishing high-quality, impactful research. It features a diverse range of articles that explore the intersection of management practices, emerging technologies, and the evolving social landscape. As always, our journal remains dedicated to providing a platform for thought leaders to share their insights and foster meaningful discussions. Each article in this issue is assigned a DOI by NepJOL, and we continue our policy of offering open access without any publication fees. We trust that this issue will inspire further advancements and collaborations across disciplines, contributing to the growth of knowledge in our focus areas.
