Abstract

It is our pleasure to present Volume 4, Issue 1 (July 2026) of the Nepalese Journal of Management and Technology (NJMT). This issue features research on contemporary topics in management, technology, education, healthcare, banking, tourism, and public administration in Nepal. The articles explore Artificial Intelligence adoption in education, gender equity in banking, New Public Management practices, work stress among nurses, service quality in microfinance, tourism forecasting using the Seasonal ARIMA model, and the validation of the Nepali version of the Job Stress Scale. Together, these studies provide valuable theoretical insights and practical implications for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers. We sincerely thank the authors, reviewers, and editorial team for their dedication to maintaining the quality of this journal.
