About the Journal
Focus and Scope
The Council for Mathematics Education publishes the Journal of Mathematics Education (JME), an online publication dedicated to mathematics education in Nepal. Both English and Nepali submissions are accepted for publication in this journal. The Journal of Mathematics Education (JME) publishes articles that inform excellent teaching, learning, evaluation, and curriculum practices with the goal of improving the quality of mathematics education in Nepal. The Journal publishes articles that focus on philosophical, methodological, technological, pedagogical, and theoretical concerns related to teaching and learning mathematics. In a similar vein, it facilitates the publication of excellent empirical research and theoretical/philosophical works that advance our understanding of mathematics education.

JME is published annually.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Peer Review Policy
If the editorial board declares the article to publish in Journal of Mathematics Education then only the reviewers is allowed to review it. Only after the approval of the editorial board, two reviewers of the relevant subject are sent without keeping the authors identity. The editorial board allows the reviewer one-month to review the article. After reviewing such article then the editorial board sends it back to author for correction according to suggestion of reviewer. The final decision will be editorial board.
