PYC Nepal Journal of Management

Abstract

PYC Nepal Journal of Management is published by the Research Department, Public Youth Campus, Faculty of Management, Tribhuvan University, with the objective of promoting high-quality research and scholarly contributions in the fields of management, business, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, tourism, and related disciplines. The journal is guided by a distinguished Advisory Board comprising Prof. Dr. Subarna Lal Bajracharya, Prof. Dr. Yadav Raj Koirala, Prof. Dr. Rajan Bahadur Paudel, Prof. Dr. Shilu Manandhar Bajracharya, Prof. Shila Pradhananga, Prof. Dr. Arhan Sthapit, and Mr. Rameshwar Acharya (Campus Chief). The Editorial Committee, led by Dr. Shankar Kumar Shrestha (Chief Editor) and supported by Dr. Sushil Kumar Pant, Prof. Dr. Jeetendra Dangol, Mr. Niyam Raj Shrestha, and Mr. Sibahari Mainali, is responsible for maintaining the journal's academic quality and editorial standards. The publication is managed by the Management Committee, consisting of Mr. Rameshwor Shrestha, Mr. Deegumber Prasad Pradhan, and Mr. Dipendra Bajracharya, ensuring the effective coordination and dissemination of the journal. The journal is printed at Tribhuvan University Press, Kirtipur, Kathmandu.
