Focus and Scope
Padmakanya Journal of Science and Technology (PJST) will publish original research articles, reviews, research notes and letters to the editor related to the areas of aspects of general and applied sciences such as Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Environmental Science, Microbiology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics and others.

PJST is published annually.

PJST provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

The articles in Padmakanya Journal of Science and Technology are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International Licence. This license enables reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator.
Peer Review Policy
Padmakanya Journal of Science and Technology (PJST) will follow the double-blind peer review process where the reviewer is not aware about the identity of the authors and the reviewer will not be aware about the identity of the authors. The executive editor will made the final decision and the executive editor will be informed about the identity of both the reviewers and authors.
- Upon receiving the manuscript, the editor in chief will assign the handling editor based on the subjective expertise.
- The editor will assess the suitability of the manuscript and decide about the article. The decision will either:
- Send the article for review to minimum one potential reviewer (s).
- Ask the authors to make amendment in the manuscript.
- Reject the manuscript with suitable reasoning.
- Upon receiving the review from the reviewer, the concerned editor will assess the comments made by the reviewer and will take further decision.
- Authors will be given one months’ time to revise the manuscript, and upon receiving the manuscript in the suitable form, the publication process will be initiated.
- Editor-in-Chief of the journal will make the final decision.
Sources of Support
All the financial costs for the publication of journal will be covered by the fund received from the campus administration. However, we are open to seek the funding support from external organizations.
