Nepalese Journal of Management Science and Research (NJMSR) is a scientific journal published by senior professors, researchers and academicians under the institutional ownership of Global College International. The journal provides academicians, faculties and students, knowledge community and corporate practitioners a common intellectual platform to exchange their research-based knowledge, publish their research paper and disseminate valid knowledge in a valid way. NJMSR promotes research culture and integrates with teaching and learning.

NJMSR a double-blind reviewed journal. One paper is reviewed by three reviewers independently. Two of the reviewers are guest where as third is a chief editor or member of editorial board involved for technical review. After the reviewers' comments, the members of advisory and editorial board jointly known as scientific committee makes final decision for approval or denial of the paper.
