Open Access Policy
Nepalese Journal of Aquaculture and Fisheries provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Peer Review Policy
NJAF has an editorial board which includes section-wise editors who select reviewers of respective sections. Usually the section editor selects one reviewer per paper. The section editor does a preliminary review of the paper and then after that it is sent to the main reviewer. If the paper quality does not meet the standard of publication, then the section editor recommends for rejection to the Chief Editor. NJAF uses double blind review and the reviewing process may vary from 1 to 3 months.
Article Processing Charges (APCs)
NJAF does not charge authors for publication.
Financial Support
Nepal Fisheries Society (NEFIS) supports financially for press design and print cost whereas the editorial team and reviewers work voluntarily.
