Focus and Scope

The LTU Journal of Advanced Computing & Engineering (LTU-JACE) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by Lumbini Technological University (LTU). The journal aims to foster and disseminate high-quality research in multidisciplinary domains, including but not limited to science, technology, engineering, management, humanities, and social sciences. It serves as a platform for scholars, researchers, and industry professionals to publish original research articles, review papers, case studies, and technical reports that contribute to global academic knowledge and innovation.

Publication Frequency

LTU-JACE is published annually in March.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Readers can freely access, download, and cite published works without subscription fees.

Copyright Policy

Authors retain the copyright of their articles but grant LTU-JACE the right to publish and distribute their work.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

There are no article processing charges (APCs) for the initial volumes to encourage submissions.

Peer Review Process

LTU-JACE follows a double-blind peer review process, ensuring impartiality and maintaining research integrity.

The process involves:

  1. Initial Screening: The editorial team checks for compliance with submission guidelines, originality, and relevance.
  2. Plagiarism Check: All submissions undergo plagiarism screening using standard software.
  3. Assignment to Reviewers: At least two independent reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on quality, novelty, methodology, and contribution.
  4. Reviewer Feedback & Revision: Authors receive detailed comments and may need to revise their manuscript accordingly.
  5. Editorial Decision: Based on reviewer feedback, the editorial team decides whether to accept, request mi

The peer review timeline typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the research and revision process.
