After the first review, authors are given two weeks to re-submit the article with necessary corrections. Another two weeks are given to blind reviewers. Authors are given another two weeks to make corrections. Each author is given the chance to make final corrections on galley proof manuscripts. The editorial board will make the final decision. The whole process will take between 8 to 16 weeks.
