Once an article is received, it is checked by the editorial committee who make the necessary comments regarding the format of the manuscript and guidelines within seven days. The manuscript is then sent back to the author for revision, along with the letter of consent. Once the article is received from the author, it is sent to the reviewers identified by the editorial committee.

The journal follows a double-blind peer review system, in which both the identities of the authors and the reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process. Based on the reviewers’ feedback, manuscripts are either sent to the authors for major or minor revisions, or rejected if deemed unsuitable for publication. In the case of revisions, authors are required to submit a comment-response matrix in the journal's prescribed format, addressing each reviewer’s comments. After satisfactory revision and approval, the manuscript undergoes a final English language and grammar check before publication.
