Focus and Scope

Jana Adarsha Research Journal is published by Jana Adarsha Multiple Campus, Rapti Municipality-7, Birendranagar, Chitwan, Nepal. It is a is peer-reviewed multidisciplinary journal and the main objective of this publication is to disseminate knowledge created by the research team of JAMC.

Open Access Policy

JARJ provides immediate open access to its digital content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Peer Review Policy

Editorial Review
The review process begins with editorial review of the submitted articles. The main objective of the editorial review is to decide whether the submitted article is good enough to be forwarded for peer review or not. If the corrections are required at this stage regarding the overall writing of the paper and whether authors have followed the guidelines of the journal are checked. The main requirement at this stage is to check whether the submitted paper is suitable for publication in the journal or not and has substantial content that is required for publication in JAMJ. If a paper fails at this stage, the paper will be returned back to the author with notice. Editorial review is accomplished with three members of the editorial board.

Peer Review
During peer review, two reviewers blinded about the authors name except in the case if an editorial board member a is peer reviewer. Detail review of the paper is done at this stage covering every aspect of the paper except formatting. Peer review is sent to accomplished and prominent Professors and professionals of different sectors. In the review, a reviewer needs to categorical state whether a paper is rejected, needs major/minor corrections for acceptance or accepted without any need for correction. Based upon the peer review report, the final decision about the paper is made jointly by the Editor-in-Chief and the Managing Editor of the journal. In case, if an editorial board member is an author, then the member will not have any role in selection of peer reviewer or role in any decision making process regarding the paper. The entire review process will depend upon the selection of the peer reviewer and the duration spent in peer review process.

Proof Reading
Authors are required to proof read the PDF versions of their manuscript before submissions. Proofs should be checked within one week. Major changes are not accepted at the proof stage. If unable to send corrections within one week due to some reason, the author(s) must at least send an acknowledgement on receiving the galley proofs or the article will be published exactly as received and the publishers will not be responsible for any error occurring in the manuscript in this regard.
