IRJP provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Articles published in IRJP are published under a Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial 4.0 International Licence (CC BY-NC). This license enables reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and only so long as attribution is given to the creator.
The International Research Journal of Parroha maintains a rigorous and well-structured peer-review process to ensure the high quality and impact of the research and writing it publishes. This process involves several key steps:
Initial Editor Screening: Upon receiving a manuscript submission, the editorial team conducts an initial screening. During this stage, the editorial team assesses the manuscript for its alignment with the journal’s scope, its adherence to the submission guidelines (such as formatting and word count), and its overall quality and originality.
Blind Peer Review: Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are then subjected to a rigorous blind peer review process. In a blind peer review, the identities of both the author(s) and the reviewers are kept confidential. This ensures an unbiased evaluation of the manuscript’s content.
Peer Reviewer Selection: The editorial team selects experts in the relevant field from both Nepal and abroad to review the manuscript. These reviewers are typically scholars, researchers, or professionals who have expertise in the subject matter of the submitted article.
Peer Review Evaluation: The selected peer reviewers assess the manuscript based on a set of predetermined criteria. These criteria may include the originality of the research, the soundness of methodology, the clarity of presentation, the significance of the findings, and the adherence to academic and ethical standards. Reviewers provide constructive feedback and recommendations to the authors.
Revision and Resubmission: Based on the feedback from the peer reviewers, the authors are given the opportunity to revise their manuscript. This revision process is crucial in addressing any identified issues, enhancing the quality of the research, and ensuring that the manuscript meets the journal’s standards.
Final Decision: After the authors have made revisions, the manuscript undergoes a final review by the editorial team. The team evaluates whether the revisions adequately address the peer reviewers’ concerns and whether the manuscript is now suitable for publication.
Plagiarism Check: To maintain the highest standards of academic integrity, IRJPMC conducts a plagiarism check on all submitted manuscripts. This step ensures that the content is original and does not contain any unauthorized copying or duplication of previously published work. It should be less than 20%.
Publication: Once a manuscript successfully passes all the previous stages and meets the journal’s publication standards, it is scheduled for publication in the journal. Published articles follow the APA (American Psychological Association) format and should typically fall within a range of 5 to 20 pages or approximately 3000 to 8000 words, excluding the list of references.
The rigorous peer-review process at IRJP ensures that published articles meet high academic and practical standards, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and the application of research findings. This approach maintains the journal’s commitment to academic excellence and the dissemination of impactful research within the academic and business communities.
Formatting: Formatting will be done by the journal production team. During the process the copy editor may contract authors if they required any specific information. The final formatted paper will be shared with the authors for their approval as final chance for correction.
