Peer Review Policy
Far Western Review is a multidisciplinary, double blinded peer reviewed journal. Each article passes through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process which ensures the impartiality and fairness of the review process and eliminates potential biases based on author identity or institutional affiliations. Submitted articles are first discussed in the Editorial Board. If the articles are found to meet all the basic requirements/criteria then articles are emailed to the experts of the same field for the review process. To ensure the quality and relevancy of the article, each paper is reviewed through two reviewers. Double anonymity is ensured by hiding the identity and affiliation of the author and requesting the reviewer to review by changing the track. Reviewers are requested to submit the review report within two weeks (but reviewers take two to four weeks). The review report is emailed to author so that they can reform the article on the basis of comments and feedback provided by the reviewers. The Editorial Board checks the article after corrections made by author. Corrected articles are again sent back to the reviewer for final review (if necessary). Thus, the Editorial Board hold the final right to accept or reject the article for publication on the basis of reviewers' comments/feedbacks. The overall review process takes one to two months.
