BIC Journal of Management (BICJoM) is a scholarly, peer-reviewed journal published by the Research Management Cell of Boston International College, Bharatpur-10, Chitwan, Nepal. The journal provides a rigorous and multidisciplinary platform for the dissemination of original, high-quality, and impactful research in management and the broader social sciences.
BICJoM welcomes theoretically grounded and empirically rigorous studies addressing contemporary issues in management, human resource management, organizational behaviour, business, economics, finance, administration, and related disciplines.
