Focus and Scope

The Academia Journal of Research and lnnovation is a peer-reviewed interdisciplinary journal that bridges theory and practice across technology, business, management, education, social sciences, and emerging fields. lt publishes original research, reviews, and case studies that address real-world challenges, foster innovative thinking, and promote collaboration among scholars, practitioners, and policy-makers to drive meaningful societal progress.

Publication Frequency

The Academial Journal of Research and Innovation publishes two issues a year.

Open Access Policy

AJRI provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

The articles in AJRI are published under a Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 4.0 International Licence. This license enables reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, so long as attribution is given to the creator. The license allows for commercial use. If you remix, adapt, or build upon the material, you must license the modified material under identical terms. 

Peer Review Process

Model: Double-blind peer review

Reviews per paper:

  • Two independent reviewers are assigned to every submission
  • lf the two reviews conflict substantially, a third reviewer may be invited.

Typical timelines:

  • lnitial editorial screening: 5-7 days from submission
  • External review round: reviewers are given 21 days
  • First decision target: 4-6 weeks from submission
  • Revision windows: Minor 14 days, Major 30 days
  • Post revision decision: Within 7 days of receiving the revised manuscript

Who makes the final decision

  • The Editor in Chief makes the final decision based on reviewer's reports and the recommendations of the handling editor / Edltorial Committee
