The illustration portrays a person split between two contrasting worlds: on the left, dull beige/grey background with black tangled wires from various social media icons wrap around them, symbolizing the stress and confinement of digital overload. On the right, light blue-green background with colorful flowers and open space reflects mindfulness, therapy, and mental wellbeing. This contrast highlights the struggle between being consumed by technology and finding the balance, peace and emotional healing. The artwork suggests that the same social media platforms that can overwhelm us also hold potential for mental well-being when used mindfully—for example, by sharing thoughts, seeking support, or accessing therapy and positive communities.
