Learning through AI for Digital Readiness in University Classes

This study explores the students’ learning through AI for digital readiness in the university classes in relation to emotional engagement, behavioral engagement, and cognitive engagement. The population of the study consisted of 217 students to whom forms were submitted but only 200 valid responses were analyzed. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and reliability tests using SPSS software. It was found that self-efficacy establishes a direct link between engagement and readiness. Attitude and motivation work in combination with skills to adapt digital tools and AI. Technical skills are not enough among the university students, but they play a role in promoting the use of AI through technology integration. It prepares students for success in AI-enhanced education, wherein digital transformation is used to realize meaningful and inclusive learning. It is recommended that the building self-confidence, motivation, and a good attitude are significant for students in making good use of AI tools.
