‘पृथ्वी मल्लको कनकपत्र (१४१३)’ को वस्तुगत विश्लेषण {Factual Analysis of Prithvi Malla’s Kanakpatra (1413)}

Abstract

प्रस्तुत आलेख ‘पृथ्वी मल्लको कनकपत्र (१४१३)’ को वस्तुगत विश्लेषण गर्ने उद्देश्यले तयार गरिएको हो । यस आलेखमा मल्लको कनकपत्रमा वस्तुगत तथ्यहरूलाई के कसरी प्रस्तुत गरिएको छ भन्ने प्राज्ञिक जिज्ञासालाई मुख्य समस्या बनाइएको छ । वस्तुगत सत्यमा विश्वास गरिएको यस अध्ययनमा गुणात्मक अनुसन्धान ढाँचा अपनाइएको छ । एउटा प्रशासक (खससाम्राज्यको राजा) ले राजाज्ञा प्रसारित गर्दा कुन कुन तत्त्वलाई के कति महत्त्व दिएर के कसरी समायोजन गरेका छन् भन्ने कुरा यहाँ देखाइएको छ । मल्लको कनकपत्रमा विभिन्न वस्तु (राजाज्ञाका अङ्गहरू) लाई अभिलेखमा कुशल शिल्पीले समायोजन गरेझैँ गरी एकाकार पारिएको छ । यस आलेखमा बहुभाषिकता, कल्याणको कामना, प्रशस्ति, मातहतका प्रशासकलाई निर्देशन, ऐतिहासिकता, तिथिमिति, राजाज्ञा, मूल कथ्य (जग्गादान), पूर्वजप्रति सम्मान, आध्यात्मिक चेतना, कर मिनाह, भोगाधिकार, राजाज्ञा नतोड्न कडा चेतावनी, साक्षी र लेखक, मुद्पात (छाप लगाइएको), भाषिक स्वरूपलाई विश्लेषणको आधारका रूपमा उपयोग गरिएको छ । प्राचीन नेपाली (खस) भाषामा जारी गरिएको राजाज्ञा ऐतिहासिक तथा वर्तमानमा समेत प्रभाव पार्ने खालको देखिएको छ । यस आलेखमा प्राथमिक तथा द्वितीयक स्रोतका सामग्रीको अध्ययन गरी प्राप्त तथ्य तथा वस्तुतथ्यका आधारमा पाठविश्लेषण विधिको उपयोग गरी आलेखलाई पूर्णता दिइएको छ । सैद्धान्तिक अवधारणाका आधारमा माथि चर्चा गरिएका चर (सूचक) हरू छनोट गरी कनकपत्रको विश्लेषण गरिएको छ । खससाम्राज्यका राजा पृथ्वी मल्लले आफ्ना गुरु तथा ज्योतिषी गोल्हु जोइसीलाई आखर पढाएका र चिना बनाएका भन्दै गुरु दक्षिणास्वरूप जुम्ला आसपासका विभिन्न जग्गाहरू दान दिएको केन्द्रीय कथ्यलाई यस कनकपत्रमा प्रस्तुत गरिएको छ भन्ने निष्कर्ष यस अध्ययनको रहेको छ । {The present paper aims to make a factual analysis of Prithvi Malla’s Kanakpatra (1413), a golden plate letter. This study mainly problematizes an inquiry about how the factual evidences have been presented in Malla’s document. Based on factual evidences, the study has adopted qualitative research design. Malla’s document depicts an account of how a ruler (King of Khas Kingdom) has coordinated the system of government while ruling over the kingdom. The document also presents different sectors of the government, which are skillfully united in the kingdom. For the purposes of language development, this paper has also utilized and analyzed the words from the documents such as multilingualism, desire for welfare, royal inscription, instructions for bureaucrats, historical dates, royal command, principal order (land gift), respect to ancestors, spiritual awareness, tax pardon, possessory rights, no breach of royal command, witness and clerk, and endorsed. The royal command used in ancient Nepali (Khas) language is still significant in the past and in the present time as well. Using both primary and secondary sources of information, this paper has employed a textual analysis approach for research. The abovementioned parameters have been selected as theoretical framework for analysis of the text. The study concludes that the document narrates about King Prithvi Malla of the Khas Kingdom who was educated by his teacher and astrologer Golhu Jaishi who recorded the King’s birth date and received the pieces of land as a grant.}
