लेखनाथ पौड्‌यालको 'शप्तप्रश्नात्मक बुद्धिविनोदको पहिलो विनोद काव्यमा व्यक्त आध्यात्मिक अभिलक्षण {Spiritual Attributes in Lekhnath Paudyal’s Poetry “The First Amusement of Seven Intellectual Amusements”}

Abstract

लेखनाथ पौड्यालको ‘सप्तप्रश्नात्मक बुद्धिविनोदको पहिलो विनोद’ काव्यमा व्यक्त आध्यात्मिक अभिलक्षणको विश्लेषण गर्ने उद्देश्यले यो लेख तयार पारिएको हो । यस लेखको अध्ययन क्षेत्र पौड्यालको काव्य रहेको छ । यस लेखको समस्याका रूपमा काव्यमा आध्यात्मिकता कसरी प्रस्तुत गरिएको छ भन्ने रहेको छ । यस अध्ययनमा पौड्यालले आध्यात्मिक विषयसँग सम्बन्धित सात प्रश्नहरू काव्यको सुरुमा नै प्रस्तुत गरी त्यसमा नै केन्द्रित रही पौरस्त्य षड्दर्शनले अगाडि सारेका आध्यात्मिक मूल्यका सापेक्षतामा प्रस्तुत गरेको पहिलो विनोद दृष्टान्तसहित देखाइएको छ । यस अध्ययनको सैद्धान्तिक आधार पौरस्त्य षड्दर्शनका दुःख, बन्धन र मोक्षसँग सम्बन्धित मान्यताहरू रहेका छन् । सांसारिक विषयाभिलाषा र यसको तृप्तिले मानिसले सुख प्राप्त गर्न सक्दैन भन्ने पूर्वीय षड्दर्शनको मान्यतालाई आधार मानी काव्यमा आध्यात्मिक चिन्तन प्रस्तुत गरिएको छ भन्ने विषयलाई अध्ययनको केन्द्र बनाइएको छ । गुणात्मक अनुसन्धान ढाँचाको यस अध्ययनमा प्राथमिक र द्वितीय स्रोतका सामग्रीहरूबाट प्राप्त तथ्यहरूलाई पाठविश्लेषण विधिमार्फत काव्यमा अन्तरनिहित आध्यात्मिक अभिलक्षणलाई विवेचना गरिएको छ । कविले सांसारिक विषय, व्यवहार, व्यवस्था र स्थितिमा रुमलिएर मानिसले सांसारिक बन्धनमा परी दुःख पाएको र यसबाट मुक्त हुन विलक्षण ज्वाजल्ल्यमान दिव्यज्ञान नै चाहिन्छ भन्ने कविको धारणालाई सूचकका आधारमा काव्यमा व्यक्त आध्यात्मिक अभिलक्षणलाई दृष्टान्तसहित विश्लेषण गरिएको छ । सांसारिक विषयाभिलाषा र यसका पछि लाग्दा मानिसले केवल सांसारिक दुःख, कष्ट, पीडा, तनाव मात्र पाएको र यसबाट पार पाउन व्यक्ति स्वयम्भित्र रहेको अन्तचेतनालाई जगाएर तत्त्वज्ञान लिनुपर्दछ भन्ने धारणा नै काव्यको पहिलो विनोद भएको यस अध्ययनको निष्कर्ष रहेको छ । {This paper aims to analyze the spiritual attributes expressed in Lekhnath Paudyal’s poetry “The First Amusement of Seven Intellectual Amusements”. Here, the study has considered Paudyal’s poem a text and how spiritualism is presented in the poem as its main issue of this study. In his poem, Paudyal has presented seven questions related to spiritual issues in which the first intellectual amusement has been written, relating spiritual values to divine six philosophies. This study draws the insights of six philosophies such as pain, bondage, and liberation as its theoretical framework. The study has also employed the spiritual principles of eastern six philosophies such as worldly pleasure and satisfaction cannot satisfy human life. Adopting qualitative research design, the study has used primary and secondary sources of information to critique the spiritual attributes inherent in Paudyal’s poem through textual analysis. In this paper, the spiritual attributes presented in the poem has been interpreted in detail based on the poet’s idea that to get rid of worldly subject, behavior, system and situation, those who are suffering from the worldly bondage need extraordinary divine knowledge. In conclusion, as the poet argues in his poem, human beings encounter worldly pain, suffering, distress, and tension if they run after worldly pleasures and to get rid of them, one has to develop own inner awareness for the knowledge of reality.}
