About the Journal

Focus and Scope

The Nepal Philosophical Research Center (NPRC) is responsible for the publication of the "NPRC Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (NPRCJMR)," a peer-reviewed journal that comes out monthly. NPRCJMR is dedicated to encompassing a wide array of disciplines, including Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Political Sciences, Geography, Agriculture, Forestry, Management, Education, Literature, Information Technology, and Public Health. The journal is open to a variety of article types, including those based on experience, reviews, and original research.

NPRC is committed to fostering the creation of new knowledge through research, and as such, it actively encourages individuals with an interest in these diverse fields to contribute and publish their work in NPRCJMR. The primary aim of the journal is to facilitate the sharing of knowledge among scholars on a global scale. Peer Review Policy

The NPRC Journal of Multidisciplinary Research, like other reputed journals, follows a meticulous and rigorous process to maintain the quality and credibility of the research it publishes. The review and quality control process can be outlined as follows:

Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal's online submission system.

Initial Check: The editorial office conducts an initial evaluation to ensure adherence to the journal's guidelines, proper formatting, ethical considerations, and alignment with the journal's scope.

Editorial Board Review: The Editor-in-Chief or an assigned editor assesses the manuscript's significance, originality, and relevance to the journal's focus.

Peer Review:

Blind Review: The manuscript undergoes an anonymous peer review process to minimize bias.

Feedback: Independent peer reviewers provide detailed feedback, offering recommendations for revisions or improvements.

Author Revisions: Authors revise their manuscripts based on the reviewers' feedback, addressing comments and making necessary enhancements.

Editorial Decision: The editorial board, led by the Editor-in-Chief, makes the final decision on acceptance, rejection, or the need for further revisions. This decision considers the research's originality, significance, and methodological soundness.

Copy Editing and Proofreading: Accepted manuscripts undergo thorough editing and proofreading to ensure clarity, coherence, and proper language usage.

Online Publication: Upon approval of the final version, the article is published online and assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for proper identification and citation.

Post-publication Monitoring: The journal may continue monitoring articles post-publication for ethical concerns, updates, or corrections. Any necessary corrections are typically communicated through errata or corrigenda.
