This research paper focuses on investigating factors influencing tourist satisfaction in homestays. Its objective is to analyze these variables, understand the types of tourists choosing homestays, and assess the local community's commitment to ensuring tourist satisfaction. This article focuses on Belha village of Belaka Municipality, Udayapur. The research design incorporates both qualitative and quantitative methods, aiming for a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon through various theories and data collection approaches: preliminary interviews, telephonic interviews, structural interviews, Google surveys etc. have been used. The data collected from 82 participants indicates that Tangibles, Environment, Nutriments and Commitment are the significantly strong predictor of tourist satisfaction and this study further shows that commitment of the homestay operator is much stronger predictor of tourist satisfaction. This study explored the TENC Tangibles, Environment, Nutriments and Commitment) model with 25 measurement items to gauge the satisfaction of tourists staying in the homestay. This shows that Tangibles, Environment, Nutriments and Commitment (TENC) in a homestay lead towards the tourist satisfaction. Data were collected by pre- prepared and expert standardized Likert scale having structured questionnaires and analyzed descriptively and inferentially through using the SPSS software. This study finds that both parents (father and mothers) of private schools' students are more educated than public schools. This study also finds that fathers and mothers in both schools are the students' Immediate Parents of the grades 10 students. In addition to that, it finds that maximum students of public schools obtained moderate grades (C-C+) whereas good grades (B-B+) in private schools. Thus, the achievement of public schools' student is low than private school's students. Furthermore, there is no significant mean difference between fathers/mothers' qualifications and students' achievement in both public and private schools. It finds that there is a weak, positive and no significant relationship between parents' talks practice and students' achievement and there is negative, weak and significant relationship between reward practice of parents and students' achievement. It is based on an exploratory research design following a questionnaire, focused group discussions, and reflective notes as the tools for data collection. To investigate and overcome the issue, a set of questionnaires (open and close-ended were made in MS Word and Google Forms) and asked the students studying in grade 8 aged 13- 15 years old. I additionally used my reflective journals and had informal discussions with the focused group of 7 students to gather the data. After analyzing the data statistically and thematically, I found that my students liked to communicate in English but avoided it because of the fear of making mistakes and being laughed at by their peers. This article aims to assess the current status of EI and OP in Nepalese Commercial Banks, analyze the relationship between EI and OP, and measure the impact of EI on OP. Employing a deductive research approach, the study utilizes a descriptive and cross-sectional research design, with the population comprising all employees in commercial banks in Itahari, Sunsari, Nepal. The sample size is 167, chosen through convenience sampling, employing a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale to collect primary data. Mean and Standard Deviations assess the status of EI and OP, while Pearson correlation matrix and linear regression analysis measure the impact of EI on OP. Chronbatch alpha is used to test the reliability of constructs. The results indicate a positive presentation of both EI and OP in commercial banks, with statistically significant relationships within the model. The analysis suggests that employees with high EI exhibit higher OP compared to those with lower emotional intelligence. Notably, social awareness emerges as a key construct significantly influencing OP, followed by relationship management and self-awareness. It considers these left behind families to have difficult life conditions due to the separation with their family members. It includes the experience of migrant workers' left behind son, daughter and spouses. Study has explored the variation in qualitative experience in this life condition due to their gender identity. Major focus is on human physiological, psychological, emotional, cognitive, intellectual and spiritual development. Hermeneutic phenomenological qualitative study is conducted through an in-depth interview of 4 participants from international migrant workers' left behind families based on interpretive research philosophy in a cross-sectional time frame on inductive approach. Inductive approach is implied to see the individual development within a wider area of human development. Major finding of this study is that family separation caused by migrant working has highly impacted their human development in various spheres as in studied variables such as physiological, psychological, emotional, cognitive, intellectual and spiritual level. It is based on perceptions of English teachers teaching at Government schools in Morang district. Textbooks are materials prepared by Curriculum Development Centre (CDC) with the involvement of educators or subject experts to facilitate teaching-learning activities for achieving the goals of the curriculum. English language is being practiced as a Foreign Language through textbooks at Government school in Nepal. Moreover, English language textbooks have played a dual role in the context of Nepal. On the one hand, English textbooks have been teaching as a subject to overcome the examination, on the other hand, they have been using to create a real or real-like environment providing an ample opportunity of cultivation and promotion language learning to the learners of English. Textbooks are teaching-learning materials available in both forms hard copy and soft copy. It has presented how Draupadi, the most misunderstood character of epic <em>Mahabharat </em>suffers from intrapersonal conflict due to various reasons in the novel. This study is important in order to discover how an individual fall in the trap of intrapersonal conflict in a normal life, when own goals, values or roles diverge with others. The research approach adopted in this research article includes qualitative method. It links literature to the society and the context. The article concentrates on intrapersonal conflict in Draupadi which has been studied using different patterns of conflict identified by Kurt Lewin. This research article explains that while fulfilling their responsibilities or utilizing their rights, people have to continuously pass through intrapersonal conflict which makes different impacts in their lives. Applying magic realism is methodological approach for critical analysis of the novel in this article. It follows interpretive textual analysis. Free translation has been used while taking the citation from the novel. I have drawn the conclusion that the novel is a magic realist novel as it has introduced innovative style of narrating the story. The story begins from the death of the protagonist, but he is capable of seeing everything even after the death. It has blended mundane and supernatural, ordinary and extraordinary and real and fantastical elements in an unquestionable way. The novel's extracts are analyzed within five parameters that include fantastical elements, real world setting, incorporation of myth, meta-fiction and social/ political critique. Even after the death of the protagonist, the story moves ahead from the spirit's perspective. The spirit is capable of seeing, feeling and experiencing everything. The readers accept all such actions and happenings as normal without questioning the reliability of them and feel sorry for his painful and pathetic condition. Therefore, the writer is successful in using magic realism in the novel.
