Abstract

We report a case of Chrioangima of placenta resulting to hydropsfetalis. A 24 yrs old primigravida with polyhydramnios and large placental chorioangioma at 24 wks of gestation expelled a nonimmune hydropic male baby weighing 900gms. The baby expired after 5 minutes of expulsion.
